Pizza Bases

Our standard bases are a plain pizza base that has been pre-cooked for ease. The bases are made in 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″ and 14″, sold fresh or frozen in rustic, original or wholemeal.
The Pasta Company’s pre-cooked pizza base is a simple yet healthier alternative to a take away pizza.

Simply add the tomato pizza sauce over the top of the base then add mozzarella cheese and your favourite toppings (less is more when pizza is concerned – the simplicity of toppings really showcase individual flavours).
Bake the base until the cheese melts which should be around 10 minutes in a 210°C oven.

Base Pizza Napoli

A plain pizza base spread with tomato sauce with garlic and oregano. This is also called “Pizza Marinara”.
This is a base is ready to use with mozzarella cheese and your favourite toppings. Remember, less is more when pizza is concerned – the simplicity of toppings really showcases individual flavours.
Cook in a 200°C oven for 10 minutes, drizzle with extra Virgin olive oil and serve.

Rustic Italian style Pizza base

Our rustic Italian style pizza bases are perfect for a wood-fired pizza. They hold well, have a wonderful yeasty flavour, with the edges being undefined giving a rustic wholesome look.

Standard thin base

Add a tomato sauce and favourite toppings to make a traditional crispy pizza.
Our thin crust pizza bases are of a high standard using the best ingredients from flours to olive oils.
They are stretched by hand and pushed into trays to give a perfect circular shape, and can be docked or left undocked. They are par-cooked, bagged and frozen immediately to lock in freshness.
