Lasagna

A dish made by baking flat large pasta sheets with layers of sauce and fillings such as cheese or meat.

Our lasagna sheets are pasteurised then layered with select, fresh local meats, continental cheeses (usually mozzarella), and chunky tomato sauce. Depending on the lasagna, a béchamel may also be used. The dish is then baked in a moderate oven until the cheese is golden.

Meat Lasagna

Our Lasagna is a simple southern Italian inspired lasagna consisting of five layers of pasteurised fresh lasagna sheets, topped with our beef bolognese sauce & layered with cheddar, parmesan & mozzarella cheeses on every layer then topped with a napoli sauce and finally sprinkled with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. (Orders can be taken for lasagna with a béchamel sauce).

Chicken Lasagna

Our Chicken lasagna consists of five layers of pasteurised fresh lasagna sheets, topped with béchamel, sautéed fillet chicken pieces, leek, spinach and mushrooms and sprinkled with cheddar, parmesan & mozzarella cheeses on every layer then topped with a béchamel sauce and finally sprinkled with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. – Chicken lasagna made to order
