Potato Gnocchi

Gnocchi are small dumplings and can be made from potatoes or pumpkin, ricotta cheese and/or semolina flour. Gnocchi is cooked similar to pasta and should be light and fluffy in texture, and almost melt in the mouth.
Our gnocchi is made with fresh locally sourced potatoes and, when cooked, are soft and moist. We offer three great flavours: potato and ricotta, traditional potato and roasted pumpkin.
You can use them much the same as pasta, either in soups or accompanied by one of our delicious tomato or cream sauces.
